How long does it take to build a website?

Because of the many phases of designing a site, and the communication and content involved, an average site can take three months. A sophisticated site with lots of features can take six months or more.

What do you mean by content management system?

If your site has content that needs to change (schedules, catalogs, event listings, directories, articles and press releases), you and your staff need a way to change them without injuring the website's programming. A content system makes that happen.

Do you use subcontractors?

Generally, no. Many subcontractors are unreliable, and Freelance Digital strives to ensure quality by keeping the project in house. If a subcontractor is needed, we will discuss it openly with you. If such a step is taken, the subcontractor is Freelance Digital's responsibility.

Will my staff and I need training to keep our site current?

Freelance Digital strives to keep things simple for website owners. However, some complexities cannot be avoided. As a part of its services, Freelance Digital will provide instructions and training as needed.
